GiRLS OnLY and Smoooooth Guys - Should I?

I've only known this girl for 3 weeks now, and we only talk to each other at the beginning of and after cl for just about 2 minutes. So she doesn't really know me too well I guess. And this girl is one of the quiet types unless you know her well. Yesterday, I asked her out for coffee. She said "I kind of have a boyfriend in my hometown, well, it's complicated..." She then basically told me (I can't remember verbatim) that "maybe at a later..." So, I REALLY do think that she was trying to tell me that she wasn't going to rule me out. And beside that...she never told me "No." or "Let's just stay friends." In fact, before we were done talking, I said "Ok, well I have a cl to go to...but I am going to ask you out again though!" She got this very big smile on her face, and said "Okay!!" ...Then about an hour later, I see her at this college-church function. I was talking with her friends, and I caught her looking at me. She quickly looked away. Any advice on what to do?
