WHO rates the USA low on health care?

If socialized medicine is so bad why are they rated higher on some many things when it comes to health care? If we have the best health care in the USA why does my HMO not allow me to see that great doctor instead of making us go to bad facilities? Even if this legislation currently ped, keeps the HMO, do you think that Government involvement will force the health care industry to start lowering rates? Will this Law eventually lead to a National universal Plan? How come in Germany the health care system is 1/3rd the cost for the same service and facilities,( My experience tells me it is better as a whole) Are people really still stuck in a box from the cold war and think all these social democracies in which they badger are really that bad? Why are conservatives not willing to look at other countries and take the good in their systems and adapt it to our own? It could go on but the numbers are telling me one thing and the conservatives complain about another. I do not understand why people highlight a few problems in socializes medicine in which can be trumped over 10 fold with problems with our current system.
