Help remembering an old carton with a fire-headed girl.?

I was born in 1991, but there are some things I remember from back in the day. One thing was a cartoon I was watching. I think it was looney toons or something, but this charcter goings into a haunted mansion or castle and this girl becomes like a floating head with fire for hair and chases him around. At the end, she ends up being a normal little girl with a curse. Does anyone know what this was?
