Finger calluses help!!!!!!!!!?

I have been playing guitar for about 3 or 4 months now, and I now have these very annoying finger calluses on all my fingers besides my thumb finger. I have permanent indents from the strings in my calluses and it's very annoying to touch things and look at them when you have weird indented calluses. although I don't want to get rid of them because they help me with guitar pain, is there a way to atleast smooth them out?
