If I go to the most patriotic church for 20 years, will I be a good president?
Since everyone seems to be so focused on this one issue, I thought I'd turn it on its head and see if it makes any sense in reverse. If I go to the 'most patriotic' church in America (wherever that is) is that a good indicator of my personal character? The pastor and the church's record is immaculate and unailable. Does this therefore mean I'm a person of good character with good judgment? Is that enough information to make an inference like that? Can you truly know what is in my head or what is my true motivation for going to to church? Can you be sure of what I'm about or what thoughts I'm thinking? Please try to be honest instead of critical and reactive with your answers.
