Is this a healthy eating?
Naw man. But it is not the worst; you just need to do some tweaking. The bowl of cornflakes is perfect; don't eat more cereal than that (throw in some fruit if you want). For lunch do not eat the croutons with the salad, and switch to a healthier sandwich like turkey (nothing with fried chicken in it). You could do without the coke, but just go with all diet coke. Maybe you can try another drink like juice. The fried boneless chick fillets are completely useless and should not be eaten. Mashed potatoes are good if they are plain (no gravy or er). Canned corn is not bad, but humans consume so much corn in other aspects of the diet that it is a little excessive (cornflakes, corn syrup, cows are fed corn so it is in meat as well). Eat peas, green beans, broccoli ect. Don't eat the brownie; opt for some dried fruit as a dessert. For dinner you should eat small portions of a meat like fish, chicken, or beef. Just make sure they are not prepared with lots of er or fried (seasoning is all you need).
