Job ideas for a 17 year old techie?

Most real estate offices have dozens of computers for the agents to work on. There is no one to fix them when a problem occurs. The owners can't afford to hire a full-time "tech" guy. If you were willing to work 10 hours at each office (per week) you might carve out a great career.
