My dog has tartar on his teeth, help!?

My best friends cat have tartar and she brushes their teeth twice a day and it seems to work. Dog paste is better formulated for your dog. You are doing great and kudos for worrying and taking care of your pooch teeth. A lot of people neglect that and it causes all sorts of health problems.
